gku™ product range is covered by a limited warranty, based on our confidence in the superior quality of our frames, motors, electronics, desktops, and accessories.

  • gku™  Conference Table, Study desk, Workstations

5 Years

  • gku™  Desk frames: We cover any defects or malfunctions in the desk frame including the motor, metal/aluminum components, controller, switch, electronics, and mechanisms, including “SmartUp” series and “ProLift” series.
  • gku™ DesktopsWe cover any desktops that are rendered unusable as a result of a manufacturer's defect or damage in shipping, including “SmartUp” series and “ProLift” series.
  • gku™ Monitor Arms  including "EZY-Riser”  and “ PRO-Riser” series.
  • gku™ Mobile desk series.
  • gku™ Sit stand converser “ProAttach” series.

In the event that any defect covered by this warranty is discovered, we will repair or, at our option, replace any such defective product. If we ask, you must return the defective product to us. For warranty claims made during the first year after purchase, we will pay shipping costs for the returned product and for the replacement product; after that, you must pay the shipping costs for the replacement product and that we ask you to return.

This warranty does not cover product failures due to any of the following:

  • Improper set-up or unauthorized modification
  • Failure to maintain the products in accordance with product instructions and warnings
  • Misuse or abuse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage or scratch of surfaces caused by sharp or foreign object

Damage not covered under this warranty may be repaired for a reasonable fee. We also offer discounts if you’d like a quote on a new item to replace an out-of-warranty item.

This Limited Warranty is fully transferable provided that the current owner furnishes the original proof of purchase from an authorized gku dealer. The maximum liability of gku™ shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by you for the product. in no event shall gku be liable for special, incidental, consequential or indirect damages. some places do not allow limitations on the exclusion or limitation of relief, special, incidental, consequential or indirect damages, or the limitation of liability to specified amounts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights under the Australian Consumer Law (or local consumer law). 

HOW DO I MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM?

PURCHASES FROM AN AUTHORISED RETAILER

As producer and wholesaler, gku does not process replacements or refunds on purchases made from authorised retailers. Any warranty or return related enquiries should be directed to the original place of purchase. Should the retailer no longer exist or become unreachable, or product out of stock, please contact gku service for further assistance.

For purchases made from www.gku.com.au, please contact us via service@gku.com.au with your order number to make a warranty claim.

If you are entitled to make a claim under warranty, our gku Care team will provide you with instructions as to how the goods should be returned to us ( We may cover the cost of return, please refer to Return policy).  Unless otherwise provided by law, you will bear any other costs incurred in making a claim under warranty.

You must present your receipt as proof of date of purchase for warranty validation.
