Returns and refund 

We offers our clients a FREE, no-obligation7-day trial of our gku desks. This means that you can return the desks within the 7 days period after you have received the order. You just need to cover the shipping cost.

Easy return process:

1. Contact us with below form, including your order/invoice number
2. keep all packaging including accessories in the event the product is returned
3. Prepaid return label will be emailed to you for the return of defective products only.
4. We either provide a full cash refund or offer free replacements upon your request.

We reserves the right to refuse the return if these conditions are not adhered to.

Return Conditions

You are responsible for ensuring that products being returned meet the conditions below:

• Returns Period: 7 days from the delivery of your order.
• Return Shipping Fees: You are responsible for all shipping fees and costs.
• Product Condition: The product presents ‘as new’ in appearance and shows no signs of wear and tear or damage. We cannot accept a return for items that are not in a sellable condition.
• Packaging: The product is completely disassembled and packaged in its original, undamaged packaging with all product stickers, tickets and tags.
• Damage Fee: May apply if original packaging is not returned, or goods or packaging are damaged or missing parts when return is received.
• Return Documents: The products being returned include a copy of the original order invoice.
• Excluded Products: Custom orders, bulk orders of more than one desk or multiples of 3 or more of any other items.

Please Note: All transactions and returns due to change of mind are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee helps cover the labour and handling costs associated with inspecting and repackaging returned items.

For any return request after 7 days, call for a warranty claim within the time stated for your warranty.

How long will it take to receive a refund? 

Refunds will automatically be processed back onto the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase once we have received your items. Please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed. Please keep in mind your financial institute can take an extra few days to return the funds to your account.  

gku™ product range is covered by a limited warranty, based on our confidence in the superior quality of our frames, motors, electronics, desktops, and accessories.

• gku™  Desk frames: We cover any defects or malfunctions in the desk frame including the motor, metal/aluminum components, controller, switch, electronics, and mechanisms, including “SmartUp” series and “ProLift” series.
• gku™ Desktops: We cover any desktops that are rendered unusable as a result of a manufacturer's defect or damage in shipping, including “SmartUp” series and “ProLift” series.
• gku™ Monitor Arms  including "EZY-Riser”  and “ PRO-Riser” series.

• gku™ Sit stand converser “ProAttach” series.

Warranty Terms

In the event that any defect covered by this warranty is discovered, we will repair or, at our option, replace any such defective product. If we ask, you must return the defective product to us. For warranty claims made during the first year after purchase, we will pay shipping costs for the returned product and for the replacement product; after that, you must pay the shipping costs for the replacement product and that we ask you to return.

This warranty does not cover product failures due to any of the following:

• Improper set-up or unauthorized modification
• Failure to maintain the products in accordance with product instructions and warnings
• Misuse or abuse
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage or scratch of surfaces caused by sharp or foreign object

Damage not covered under this warranty may be repaired for a reasonable fee. We also offer discounts if you’d like a quote on a new item to replace an out-of-warranty item.

This Limited Warranty is fully transferable provided that the current owner furnishes the original proof of purchase from an authorized gku™ dealer. The maximum liability of gku™ shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by you for the product. in no event shall gku™ be liable for special, incidental, consequential or indirect damages. some places do not allow limitations on the exclusion or limitation of relief, special, incidental, consequential or indirect damages, or the limitation of liability to specified amounts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights under the Australian Consumer Law (or local consumer law). 

HOW DO I MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM?

PURCHASES FROM AN AUTHORISED RETAILER

As producer and wholesaler, gku™ does not process replacements or refunds on purchases made from authorised retailers. Any warranty or return related enquiries should be directed to the original place of purchase. Should the retailer no longer exist or become unreachable, or product out of stock, please contact gku service for further assistance.

For purchases made from www.gku.com.au, please contact us via service@gku.com.au with your order number to make a warranty claim.

If you are entitled to make a claim under warranty, our gku™ Care team will provide you with instructions as to how the goods should be returned to us ( We may cover the cost of return, please refer to Return policy).  Unless otherwise provided by law, you will bear any other costs incurred in making a claim under warranty.

You must present your receipt as proof of date of purchase for warranty validation.
