How long will it take to receive a refund?

Refunds will automatically be processed back onto the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase once we have received your items. In the event that any defect covered by this warranty is discovered, we will repair or, at our option, replace any such defective product. If we ask, you must return the defective product to us. For warranty claims made during the first year after purchase, we will pay shipping costs for the returned product and for the replacement product; after that, you must pay the shipping costs for the replacement product and that we ask you to return.

This warranty does not cover product failures due to any of the following:

Improper set-up or unauthorized modification.

Failure to maintain the products in accordance with product instructions and warnings.

Misuse or abuse Normal wear and tear.

Damage or scratch of surfaces caused by sharp or foreign object.

Damage not covered under this warranty may be repaired for a reasonable fee. We also offer discounts if you’d like a quote on a new item to replace an out-of-warranty item.

This Limited Warranty is fully transferable provided that the current owner furnishes the original proof of purchase from an authorized gku™ dealer. The maximum liability of gku™ shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by you for the product. in no event shall gku™ be liable for special, incidental, consequential or indirect damages. some places do not allow limitations on the exclusion or limitation of relief, special, incidental, consequential or indirect damages, or the limitation of liability to specified amounts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. HOW DO I MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM?

I love the whole idea of this. But it did take two of us to install it; mainly I think because of the type of desk I’ve got and that I had to place it at the back. But even if it had been placed at the front of the desk there’s no way you can actually do this by yourself. You have to have one supporting while the other one does the assembling. But it’s in and I love it, and it gets the HD off the floor and I love that even more.

I like the concept, but now I have it the design needs refinement. The arrangement at the top needs to be replicated at the bottom so that the unit is kept completely in on both, rather than one side. The top is fixed, where it needs to be able to adjust so that the centre of gravity of the tower is at the centre alignment of the stand. Overall it is doing what I need it to do well, which is stay out of the way, however I am worried about the security of the unit inside the bracket and the consequences if it falls out.

Good product. The scant diagrammatic instructions did not address some of the subtleties involved in installation, most specifically how to tighten clamps. Users should be made aware of the spacing offset required if the desktop is mounted on a central beam running left to right, as is common in height adjustable desks. Swivel action fantastic for accessing rear of PC.
